You can book a cleaning even for the same day — if we have a free slot, we’ll add you to the schedule. You can also reserve a visit in advance: a week, two weeks, or even a month ahead. On the scheduled day, we’ll arrive at the agreed time. One day before the cleaning, we’ll send you a reminder by message or give you a call.

Our cleaners come fully equipped — with professional cleaning products, tools, and window-cleaning supplies. All you need to do is open the door at the agreed time; we take care of everything else.

To avoid unnecessary weight and prevent cleaners from getting tired too quickly, we no longer bring foldable vacuum cleaners to appointments. If you have your own vacuum — perfect, we’ll use it, and after the cleaning, the cleaner will empty and clean the container or bag. No vacuum? No worries — we can bring ours. Just let us know in advance; the service comes with a small extra fee.
